January: Long Beach, New York

Here we are in Long Beach, NY seeking to serve and share knowledge with some amazing community projects. We are committed to share life and build genuine community sharing life together! Today after some deep team time we visited the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Center in Susie's hometown and neighborhood. Where we found James Hodge and team investing in the children and youth-- we have joined in this week to celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. through song and dance from the Diaspora of Afro Colombian and Palenquero communities.
Here are Cherish & Susie teaching CUMBIA to celebrate Afro Colombian History, and Andres will be cooking a traditional Colombian meal for the After School kids. Please keep us in prayer as we serve with the MLK team and share the Love of God with our neighborhood families on January 16th!
